Reclaimed Cutlery Jewellery

£20.00

February 28: 2-4pm

In this creative, hands-on workshop, participants will transform reclaimed and vintage cutlery into unique, wearable jewellery. Designed for beginners and makers of all experience levels, this class explores how everyday objects can be reimagined into meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Participants will begin by selecting from a collection of reclaimed forks, spoons, and other cutlery, learning about different metals and how their shapes lend themselves to jewellery design. Guided instruction will cover design planning, shaping and bending metal, cutting and smoothing edges, and assembling components to create items such as bracelets, pendants and earrings.

All tools, materials, and safety instruction are provided, and participants will receive step-by-step guidance in a relaxed, supportive environment. No prior jewellery-making or metalworking experience is required.

By the end of the workshop, each participant will leave with their own handmade item of jewellery and the skills to continue experimenting with upcycled materials at home.

*The time allotted is an estimated time. You may finish earlier & just hang out and chill too if you do!
